E-Commerce Executive (Surat, 6 months-2 years exp)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented E\-commerce Executive to manage day\-to\-day order operations and ensure a seamless customer experience. The role involves handling order processing, returns and pickups, coordinating with logistics partners and vendors, tracking shipments, and resolving operational issues efficiently. The ideal candidate should be organized, process\-driven, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and monitor daily orders across all online sales channels.
• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Manage return, exchange, and pickup requests while ensuring smooth resolution.
• Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for shipment tracking and issue resolution.
• Handle vendor and service partner communication for operational requirements.
• Monitor order statuses and proactively address delivery delays, RTOs, and customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, refunds, and operational reports.
• Work closely with customer support, warehouse, and accounts teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure adherence to operational SOPs and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Generate and maintain reports related to order fulfillment, returns, and logistics performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in e\-commerce operations, logistics, or order management.
• Strong understanding of order processing and return management workflows.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and e\-commerce/order management systems.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.
• High attention to detail and process orientation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with courier aggregators and logistics partners.
• Knowledge of marketplace operations and e\-commerce fulfillment processes.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Experience in D2C, FMCG, or consumer goods industries.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
