• *Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive with strong expertise in GST compliance, taxation, and accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing GST filings, reconciliations, statutory compliance, vendor accounting, and supporting day\-to\-day finance activities.

• *Key ResponsibilitiesGST \& Taxation**

• Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR\-1, GSTR\-3B, Annual Returns, etc.).
• GST reconciliation with books of accounts and portal data.
• Verification and reconciliation of Input Tax Credit (ITC).
• Handling GST notices, assessments, and departmental queries.
• Ensuring compliance with GST regulations and amendments.
• Coordination with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities.

• *Accounting \& Finance**

• Maintain books of accounts and accounting records.
• Process vendor invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
• Preparation of monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
• Assist in month\-end and year\-end closing activities.

• *Compliance \& Audit**

• Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
• Ensure compliance with TDS, GST, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.

• *Required Qualifications**

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter (Preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in Accounts, Taxation, and GST Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of GST laws, TDS, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
• Good analytical, communication, and reconciliation skills.
