• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day\-to\-day accounting operations, financial records, GST compliance, and reporting activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles and ERP/accounting software.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Maintain daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and purchase entries
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking
• Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports
• Manage GST, TDS, and statutory compliance filings
• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants
• Maintain payroll and employee reimbursement records
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients/vendors
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records

• *Required Skills**

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Experience with Tally ERP, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar software
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation
• MS Excel proficiency
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and analytical skills

• *Qualification**

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter
• Relevant accounting certification is an added advantage

• *Preferred Requirements**

• Experience in manufacturing/service/IT industry (customize as needed)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: From ₹350,000\.00 per year
