Accounts Executive - Finance & Accounts

• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and responsible **Accountant Executive** with 1–2 years of experience in accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of **Zoho Books, SAP**, and a good understanding of **NGO accounting practices**, including donor fund tracking and compliance reporting.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Maintain day\-to\-day accounting records and ensure accurate bookkeeping
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
• Prepare and update financial statements, vouchers, and ledgers
• Manage bank reconciliation and petty cash transactions
• Record and monitor NGO\-specific fund utilization and grant tracking
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure proper documentation for audits and statutory compliance
• Work on accounting software such as **Zoho Books** and **SAP**
• Support budget preparation and expense monitoring for projects
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial data collection and reporting

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com preferred)
• 1–2 years of accounting experience
• Hands\-on experience with **Zoho Books and/or SAP**
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Knowledge of **NGO accounting, donor funds, and project\-based accounting**
• Good MS Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

• *Preferred Skills:**

• Experience in NGO or nonprofit sector accounting
• Knowledge of audit preparation and compliance requirements
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹28,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
