Accounts Executive - Finance & Accounts

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the company’s financial records, daily accounting operations, and compliance\-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, invoicing, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and purchase orders
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports
• Maintain salary records and coordinate payroll processing
• Track company expenses and maintain proper documentation
• Assist in audits and financial reviews
• Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
• Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
• Understanding of GST filing, TDS, and taxation basics
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
• Strong communication and time\-management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in agency or corporate accounting
• Knowledge of payroll management
• Familiarity with financial reporting and budgeting
• Ability to handle confidential financial information
