We are seeking a highly motivated and detail\-oriented **Accounts Executive** to join our team in Thrissur. The ideal candidate will manage day\-to\-day accounting operations, administrative coordination, ensure statutory compliance, and maintain accurate financial records. This role requires strong organizational skills, accounting expertise, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- *Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts \& Finance**
- Manage daily accounting entries and bookkeeping.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Handle billing and invoicing using accounting/billing software.
- Follow up on customer payments and manage receivables.
- Process vendor payments and maintain payable records.
- Perform bank reconciliations regularly.
- Prepare and calculate monthly salary statements.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and MIS.
- *Taxation \& Compliance**
- GST filing and compliance.
- Handle other statutory filings as per government regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance checks.
- Coordinate office administrative activities.
- Maintain employee attendance records.
- Support management with documentation and reporting.
- Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and banks when required.
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- 1\+ years of experience in accounting and administration (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of **Tally** and billing software.
- Hands\-on experience in GST filing and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation and payroll processing.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Experience in IT/Technology industry accounting.
- Knowledge of inventory accounting.
- Basic HR/payroll management understanding.
