• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day\-to\-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in accounting, financial record maintenance, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and invoice processing. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and be proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Maintain day\-to\-day accounting transactions and financial records.
• Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash/book records.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile vendor and customer ledgers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for payment processing and documentation.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist during internal and external audits.
• Prepare MIS reports and support management with financial data.

• *Required Skills**

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
• 5\+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime or similar accounting software.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
