Job Description
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions in Tally.
- Prepare and process purchase, sales, payment, and receipt vouchers.
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, cash books, and ledgers.
- Generate invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare GST working and support GST return filing.
- Maintain statutory records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal departments as required.
- Prepare MIS reports and management reports on a periodic basis.
Verify employee reimbursements and other financial documents.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.Required Skills \& Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and finance functions.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Working knowledge of GST compliance and taxation.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
