Accounts Executive

• *Job Description**

We are a growing Accounting and Corporate Secretarial firm looking for a motivated **Accounts Assistant** to support our accounting and corporate secretarial work. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early\-career professionals who want strong exposure to international (Singapore) accounting and compliance.

• *Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Support**

• Assist in bookkeeping and data entry
• Support bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance
• Assist in preparation of monthly and year\-end accounts
• Basic exposure to GST, tax schedules, and financial reporting

• *Corporate Secretarial Support**

• Assist with preparation of resolutions and statutory documents
• Support filing work (ACRA/ROC\-style compliance exposure)
• Maintain client records and compliance trackers

• *General Support**

• Coordinate with senior team members
• Handle documentation and follow\-ups
• Support both accounting and compliance workflows

• *Requirements**

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field
• Freshers welcome (training will be provided)
• Up to 2 years of accounting experience is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of accounting concepts
• Willingness to learn corporate secretarial and compliance work
• Good attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines
