Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the finance department. The candidate must have strong knowledge of Tally ERP and Advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day\-to\-day accounting entries in Tally.
• Maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
• Maintain vendor and employee payment records.
• Generate invoices and follow up for outstanding payments.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial reports using Advanced Excel.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing.
• Coordinate with auditors and internal departments when required.
