Accounts Executive – US Accounting (On-Site | US Shift)

• *Job Summary**

True Reckoner Advisory Services is seeking a highly motivated and detail\-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to join our US Accounting team. The ideal candidate should have 0 – 3 years of experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Financial Reporting, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and hands\-on experience with accounting software.

This role involves managing end\-to\-end bookkeeping activities, preparing financial reports, supporting taxation\-related work, and coordinating directly with clients to ensure accurate and timely financial management.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage day\-to\-day accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate recording, classification, and maintenance of financial transactions.
• Perform month\-end and year\-end closing activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements such as Profit \& Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Assist in taxation\-related work and financial reporting requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Prepare MIS reports and management reports using MS Excel.
• Work extensively on accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, Wave, and other accounting software.
• Interact with clients to obtain financial information, address queries, and provide regular project updates.
• Coordinate with managers and team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Stay updated with accounting standards, taxation regulations, and industry best practices.

• *Educational Qualifications**

• B.Com (Hons.), B.Com, M.Com, MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.
• Strong academic background in Accounting and Finance.

• *Required Skills**

• S**trong knowledge of Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Financial Reporting.**
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Hands\-on experience with QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, Wave, or similar accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

• *Experience**

• 0 – 3 years of experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, or related fields.
• Experience working in a CA Firm, Accounting Firm, or US Accounting environment will be preferred.
• Candidates with hands\-on exposure to accounting software and client handling will have an advantage.

• *Preferred Candidate Profile**

• Strong **academic record in Accounting and Finance.**
• Prior experience in **Bookkeeping, Financial Reporting, and Taxation**.
• **Candidates pursuing CA, CMA, CPA, ACCA, or CS qualifications will be given preference.**
