Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Accounts \& Finance Executive / Assistant Manager to join our team in Kolkata. This role is crucial for managing sales accounting, debtor accounts, and ensuring smooth financial operations.

Key Details

• **Position:** Accounts \& Finance Executive / Assistant Manager Finance
• **Experience Required:** 3\-4 Years
• **CTC Bracket:** Up to 20 LPA
• **Qualification:** Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities

• Handling sales accounting and processing accounting entries related to sales transactions.
• Monitoring debtor accounts, performing reconciliations, and following up on outstanding receivables.
• Processing and settlement of trade schemes, discounts, and claims.
• Coordinating with internal and external auditors and ensuring timely closure of audit queries.
• Preparing schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents for audits.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Performing MIS reporting and analysis related to sales and receivables.
• Coordinating with sales, commercial, and finance teams to ensure smooth accounting operations.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and finance operations.
• Proven experience in sales accounting and debtor management.
• Exposure to audit handling and scheme settlement processes.
• Good working knowledge of SAP Hana and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Industry

• FMCG / Liquor / Manufacturing Industry preferably.
