Accounts & Finance Manager

• *Job Description:**

• *We are looking for a detail\-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee accounting operations, manage financial reporting, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. You will handle day to day accounts, auditing, GST, TDS.**

• *Qualification: MCom/Equvalent/ CA or CMA Inter**

• *Experience: 5 years as Manager**

• *Key Skills Expected**

• **Handles financial transactions related to import and export business is more preferred**
• **Maintains books of accounts and manages payables \& receivables**
• **Prepares financial statements and reports**
• **Verifies shipping documents like invoices and bills of lading**
• **Accounts for customs duty, freight, and insurance costs**
• **Ensures compliance with GST and foreign trade regulations**
• **Manages export incentives such as duty drawback and Ro DTEP is more preferred**
• **Handles foreign exchange transactions and currency fluctuations**
• **Coordinates with banks under guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India**
• **Supports tax filings, audits, and accurate financial record\-keeping**
• **Experience dealing with international clients/vendors**
• **Knowledge of export incentives and DGFT procedures**
• **Experience in handling high\-volume transactions**
