KV Group Global is a growing organisation with an international presence. We are looking for an “Accounts Head” to lead our accounting function.

• *Role Overview**

The Accounts Head is responsible for overseeing and managing the end\-to\-end accounting and financial operations of the organisation's overseas business operations from India. The role ensures accurate financial records, timely reporting, effective cash flow management, statutory compliance, strong internal controls, and efficient functioning of the accounts team.

• *Key Responsibilities**

The Accounts Head is responsible for

· Accounting \& Financial Operations

· Accounts payable and accounts receivable.

· Bank and balance sheet reconciliations.

· Monthly financial closing and reporting.

· Cash flow and working capital management.

· Budget monitoring and expense control.

· Statutory compliance coordination.

· Team management, review, and performance monitoring.

· Stakeholder Coordination

· Internal controls, audit coordination, and process improvement.

• *Education**

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) from a recognised university.

• *Experience**

· 8–12\+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, including experience managing an accounts team.

· Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero.

· Prior experience in Australian accounting and taxation processes ( GST and BAS) .

· Strong Excel skills.

· Ability to lead a team and manage deadlines.

· High levels of integrity and ownership.

· Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and operate effectively across time zones.
