We are looking for confident and sales\-driven professionals to join our **International Inbound Voice Process** in the **Australian Movers \& Packers / Logistics Industry**.

The role involves handling inbound calls from international customers, understanding their moving and packing requirements, explaining relevant services, addressing queries, and converting inquiries into successful sales.

• *Eligibility:**

• 1 to 4 years of experience in International Voice BPO of Sales or Upselling Process.
• Graduates preferred.
• Excellent English communication and sales skills.
• Willingness to work rotational/early morning shifts.
• 5 days working; Immediate joiners preferred.

• Handle inbound calls from international customers and understand their requirements.
• Recommend suitable services, address queries, and convert inquiries into sales.
• Use persuasive communication and negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maximizing sales opportunities.
