Accounts Head

• *Key Responsibilities: Reporting\- Director**

Manage the complete accounting and finance operations of the company.

Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and statutory regulations.

Handle budgeting, cash flow, banking, and fund management.

Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations.

Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and government authorities.

Monitor internal controls and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Lead and mentor the accounts team.

• *Requirements:**

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA Inter/MBA Finance preferred).

7–12 years of experience in accounting and finance, with team handling experience.

Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.

Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Location: As per company requirement

Pay: ₹60,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
