Accounts Manager

• **Education:** Typically requires a Bachelor's / Master's degree in Accounts and Finance
• **Certifications:** Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designations are heavily preferred.
• **Experience:** Typically 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management, with prior supervisory experience.
• **Technical Skills:** High proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
• **Soft Skills:** Exceptional analytical ability, strong attention to detail, and excellent written/verbal communication skills for reporting to stakeholders.
• Manage day\-to\-day accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger maintenance.
• Lead the month\-end and year\-end financial close processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets and forecasts.
• Compare actual financial results against budgets to identify, explain, and correct variances.
• Provide strategic financial analysis to senior management to guide business decisions.
• Ensure adherence to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), or local/international financial reporting standards.
• Oversee tax compliance, including filing annual corporate returns and managing statutory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audit activities and prepare necessary documentation.
• Supervise, train, and mentor the accounting and finance team.
• Identify and correct inefficiencies within the accounting department.
• Implement and optimize financial software systems and internal controls to streamline workflows.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
