• *Role Overview:\-**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations of the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for managing end\-to\-end accounting functions, ensuring statutory compliance, and delivering timely MIS reports to senior management. This role demands strong analytical thinking, leadership capability, and a thorough understanding of Indian taxation and accounting standards.Key Responsibilities

• Manage day\-to\-day accounting operations including AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, income tax filings, and other statutory obligations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in coordination with department heads.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors; manage audit schedules and resolve queries.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and ensure optimal fund utilization.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior accountants and finance executives.
• Drive process improvements and automation in accounting workflows.
• Coordinate with banks, vendors, and clients for financial settlements and dispute resolution.

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
• CA Inter or CA (Final) preferred
• 5\+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in a mid to large\-sized organisation
• Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP and Ind AS

Pay: ₹600,000\.00 \- ₹1,000,000\.00 per month
