Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail\-oriented **Accounts Manager** to oversee the financial operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, statutory compliance, and ensuring accurate maintenance of financial records. The candidate should have strong knowledge of hotel accounting practices and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day\-to\-day accounting and financial operations of the hotel.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
  • Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Handle hotel revenue accounting, billing, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
  • Monitor cost control measures and optimize operational expenses.
  • Maintain fixed asset registers and inventory accounting records.
  • Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
  • Support management in financial planning and decision\-making.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
  • CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance preferred.
  • 5–8 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
  • Experience in hotel PMS and ERP systems will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000\.00 \- ₹55,000\.00 per month
