Job Description

  • Manage day\-to\-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Verify and process transporter bills, freight invoices, diesel expenses, toll charges, and trip\-related expenses.
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices for transportation and logistics services.
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely collection from customers.
  • Reconcile customer accounts, vendor accounts, bank statements, and transporter ledgers.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records in ERP/Tally and ensure timely data entry.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and daily fund requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and assessments.
  • Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
  • Prepare budgets, expense analysis, profitability reports, and cost\-control measures.
  • Verify vehicle\-related expenses including fuel, maintenance, insurance, permits, and tolls.
  • Support management with financial analysis and decision\-making reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance for all financial transactions.
  • Implement and maintain internal financial controls and accounting policies.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
