Job Description
- Manage day\-to\-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Verify and process transporter bills, freight invoices, diesel expenses, toll charges, and trip\-related expenses.
- Prepare and issue customer invoices for transportation and logistics services.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely collection from customers.
- Reconcile customer accounts, vendor accounts, bank statements, and transporter ledgers.
- Maintain accurate accounting records in ERP/Tally and ensure timely data entry.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and daily fund requirements.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and assessments.
- Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare budgets, expense analysis, profitability reports, and cost\-control measures.
- Verify vehicle\-related expenses including fuel, maintenance, insurance, permits, and tolls.
- Support management with financial analysis and decision\-making reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance for all financial transactions.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and accounting policies.
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
