Job Responsibilities
Accounts \& Payment Management
Generate Proforma Invoices and Tax Invoices for clients.
Verify client payments received in the company bank account and generate invoices accordingly.
Provide timely payment\-related updates to clients and internal teams.
Follow up with clients regarding pending payments and payment confirmations.
Process vendor payments through NEFT and other banking channels.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts, payments, invoices, and financial transactions.
Visa Process Monitoring \& Quality Control
Monitor that visa processing is initiated on time for clients whose payments have been received.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure visa processing starts on the same day whenever possible.
Track all visa applications closely to prevent delays.
Ensure all client visas are processed accurately and within the committed timelines.
Maintain high standards of quality and compliance throughout the visa processing cycle.
Customer Service \& Operational Support
Monitor customer service quality and ensure clients receive timely assistance.
Coordinate between clients and internal teams to resolve payment and processing\-related issues.
Maintain smooth communication across departments to ensure efficient operations.
Be flexible and willing to handle additional operational responsibilities as required.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
Knowledge of accounting and invoicing.
Experience in payment reconciliation and record maintenance.
Strong follow\-up and coordination skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment.
Flexible, responsible, and customer\-service oriented.
