Job Duties \& Responsibilities
Recruit and hire new candidates and interns.
Complete PF (Provident Fund) registration for new employees.
Conduct employee onboarding and explain company policies, rules, and instructions.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance regularly.
Support team members to improve overall productivity and performance.
Take responsibility for achieving team performance targets.
Identify and hire the right talent based on company requirements.
Prepare and issue Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, and other HR\-related documents.
Maintain employee records and handle day\-to\-day HR operations.
Coordinate with management regarding workforce planning and employee development.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and employee management.
Strong organizational and problem\-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
