• *Key Responsibilities:**

Manage accounts receivable and customer collections.

Monitor outstanding payments and ageing reports.

Lead the collections team and achieve recovery targets.

Handle payment disputes, escalations, and overdue accounts.

Improve cash flow and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).

Prepare collection MIS reports and coordinate with internal teams.

• *Required Skills:** Accounts Receivable, Collection Management, Credit Control, Recovery Management, MIS Reporting, MS Excel, and Team Leadership.
