• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a Business Analyst with knowledge of Accounts \& Finance processes and ERP software to understand business requirements, analyse workflows, and coordinate with the technical team to deliver effective ERP solutions.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Gather and analyse business requirements related to Accounts \& Finance.
• Understand accounting processes, including GL, AP, AR, GST, TDS, billing, and financial reporting.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and requirement specifications.
• Coordinate with development and QA teams for feature development, testing, and issue resolution.
• Conduct gap analysis, support UAT, and coordinate with clients for ERP implementation.

• *Required Skills:**

• Knowledge of accounting and finance processes.
• Understanding of ERP/accounting software such as Tally, SAP FICO, Oracle Financials, or similar systems.
• Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills.

• *Preferred Experience:** 2–5 years in Business Analysis, ERP Functional Consulting, or Finance Software Implementation.

• *Education:** B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or a relevant qualification.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
