Accounts & Taxation Executive

We are a growing Chartered Accountancy firm providing comprehensive accounting, taxation, compliance, and advisory services to businesses across various industries. We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and perform day\-to\-day accounting activities.
• Prepare and review financial statements, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Finalization of balance sheets and preparation of financial reports.
• Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR\-1, GSTR\-3B, Annual Returns, Reconciliations, etc.).
• Handling GST compliance, assessments, notices, and departmental queries.
• Deduction, payment, reconciliation, and filing of TDS/TCS returns.
• Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, LLPs, and companies.
• Assisting in tax audits, statutory audits, and internal audits.
• Preparation of financial data and schedules for audits.
• ROC compliances including company incorporation, annual filings, DIR\-3 KYC, maintenance of statutory records, and other corporate law compliances.
• Liaising with government departments and responding to notices under GST, Income Tax, and ROC.
• Bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and MIS reporting.
• Supporting clients on accounting, taxation, and compliance\-related matters.

Required Skills

• Sound knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Statements.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliances.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Familiarity with MCA, Income Tax, and GST portals.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm will be preferred.
• Knowledge of tax audits, statutory audits, and financial reporting.
• Exposure to client handling and compliance management.
