Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records, bookkeeping, invoices, payments, and expense tracking.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Maintain GST, TDS, and other compliance\-related records and coordinate with the company’s CA.
Monitor office expenses, budgets, and financial documentation.
Manage tendering activities, including tracking opportunities, preparing bid documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of proposals.
Maintain records of tenders, contracts, project documents, and vendor agreements.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office requirements.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement.
Assist with employee attendance, documentation, and payroll coordination.
Support day\-to\-day office administration, scheduling, and general operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com preferred).
2–4 years of experience in accounting, office administration, and/or tender management.
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Tally.
Skills

Experience in tender documentation and bid coordination.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
