We are seeking a detail\-oriented and organized Admin Executive to support the day\-to\-day administrative operations of our jewellery business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for office administration, documentation, coordination with departments, record management, and ensuring smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative and office operations efficiently.
Maintain company records, files, and documentation.
Coordinate with various departments for operational requirements.
Handle correspondence, emails, and telephone communications.
Monitor office supplies and vendor management.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
Support HR, accounts, and showroom operations with administrative tasks.
Maintain inventory records and office assets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
2–5 years of administrative experience, preferably in the jewellery, retail, or manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management systems.
