• *Job Description – Admin Manager** Position: Admin Manager Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Food Industry / FMCG Location: Bahalgarh,Rai/ Sonipat (Haryana) Experience: 8\-10 Years Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Admin Manager to oversee and manage all administrative functions of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for facility management, vendor coordination, security, housekeeping, statutory compliance support, transport management, and ensuring smooth day\-to\-day administrative operations. **Key Responsibilities** Manage overall administration and facility operations of the plant/office. Supervise housekeeping, security, canteen, transport, and maintenance activities. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers. Handle AMC agreements, office assets, and utility management. Ensure smooth functioning of office and factory administration. Monitor administrative budgets and control operational expenses. Support statutory compliance and government\-related documentation. Manage employee transportation, accommodation, and travel arrangements. Maintain records related to administration, assets, and vendor contracts. Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and compliance with company policies. Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Plant Operations teams. Handle local authority and government department coordination when required. **Required Skills** Strong Administration and Facility Management experience. Vendor Management and Negotiation skills. Knowledge of Security, Housekeeping, Transport, and Canteen Management. Good communication and team management abilities. Budgeting and Cost Control experience. Proficiency in MS Office and administrative reporting. **Qualification** Graduate in any discipline. MBA / PGDM will be preferred.
