From helping thousands of artists improve their drawing skills through programs like Drawing Camp and DrawDaily365 to developing original worlds and stories, our mission is to build one of the most inspiring creative studios from India.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for someone who can bring structure, coordination, and operational excellence to our day\-to\-day work.
We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and execution\-focused Administrative \& Operations Coordinator to support the smooth functioning of Kesh Studio.
This role combines administrative coordination, operational execution, project follow\-up, team coordination, and light founder support.
Approximately
- 80% Operations \& Administrative Support
- 20% Founder Support
You will work closely with the Operations Manager and collaborate with team members across content, customer support, marketing, and business operations to ensure projects move forward efficiently and nothing falls through the cracks.

- *1\. Operations \& Administrative Coordination (Primary Responsibility)**
You will help keep the studio running smoothly by supporting operational processes and ensuring important tasks are completed on time.
Responsibilities include
- Tracking ongoing projects and action items
- Following up with team members on deadlines and deliverables
- Coordinating recurring operational activities
- Maintaining operational documents, trackers, and databases
- Assisting with process implementation and improvements
- Supporting internal systems and workflows
- Organizing records, files, and documentation
- Identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements
Your goal: Improve operational efficiency, accountability, and execution.
- *2\. Team Coordination \& Communication**
You will serve as a key communication link across different parts of the business.
Responsibilities include
- Coordinating communication between team members
- Following up on pending tasks and commitments
- Scheduling meetings and ensuring action items are tracked
- Supporting cross\-functional collaboration
- Ensuring important information reaches the right people
- Helping maintain clarity and alignment across projects
Your goal: Ensure smooth communication and strong team coordination.
- *3\. Administrative Support**
You will help manage the administrative side of running a creative business.
Responsibilities include
- Calendar coordination and scheduling
- Document preparation and organization
- Vendor and partner communication
- Research and information gathering
- Maintaining reports, trackers, and spreadsheets
- Managing recurring administrative tasks
- Supporting business documentation and record keeping
Your goal: Create reliable systems that keep operations organized and predictable.
- *4\. Founder Support (Approximately 20%)**
You will occasionally assist the Founder with administrative and coordination\-related personal tasks.
Responsibilities may include
- Scheduling appointments
- Managing reminders and follow\-ups
- Coordinating bookings and logistics
- Handling administrative requests
- Helping organize personal action items when required

- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple responsibilities
- Experience working in startup, media, education, or creative environments is a plus
