- *1\. Student Counselling \& Guidance**
- Understand students’ educational background, interests, and career goals.
- Provide information about available courses, certifications, and training programs.
- Suggest the right course based on student needs and eligibility.
- Help students understand career scope and job opportunities.
- *2\. Customer Support \& Communication**
- Handle incoming calls, walk\-ins, WhatsApp, and email inquiries.
- Respond politely and professionally to student/parent questions.
- Resolve doubts regarding courses, fees, duration, schedules, and placements.
- Maintain strong follow\-up until the admission is completed.
- *3\. Admission Coordination**
- Explain admission procedures clearly.
- Assist students in filling application forms and documentation.
- Coordinate with faculty or admin for batch scheduling.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
- *4\. Sales \& Target Achievement**
- Convert inquiries into admissions (lead conversion).
- Maintain records of daily inquiries and admissions.
- Work with the management to achieve monthly admission targets.
- Participate in marketing activities (seminars, outreach, campaigns).
- *5\. Relationship Management**
- Build trust with students and parents.
- Provide after\-admission support and collect feedback.
- Maintain long\-term relationships for referrals.
- *6\. Administrative Support**
- Manage student data and update CRM/excel sheets.
- Prepare daily reports and share with the management.
- Coordinate with trainers for class updates or issues.
- *7\. Behaviour \& Professionalism**
- Maintain a positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Be patient, friendly, and problem\-solving oriented.
- Represent the institute professionally at all times.
