• *About the Role:**

The Impact Engine is seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented **Ads Manager** to support our digital marketing efforts. You will assist in managing ad campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and contributing to the overall success of our paid marketing strategy. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are crucial for this role.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist in setting up and managing ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) and other digital platforms.
• Monitor daily performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Support the creation of ad creatives by coordinating with designers and copywriters.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Suggest optimizations based on campaign data and performance trends.
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure campaigns run smoothly and deliver expected outcomes.

• *Requirements:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2 \- 4 years of hands\-on experience in Google and Meta Ads management.
• Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced, results\-driven environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of digital advertising.
