Job Title: **Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Account \& Program Management**

Job Summary

The **Deputy General Manager \- Account \& Program Management** is responsible for managing strategic aerospace customer programs and supporting the execution of business objectives from contract award through delivery and lifecycle support. The role serves as a key interface between customer accounts and internal cross\-functional teams, ensuring alignment of customer requirements, operational execution, commercial objectives, and regulatory compliance. The incumbent drives program performance, customer satisfaction, demand planning, risk mitigation, and financial delivery while supporting long\-term account growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage strategic aerospace customer accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Serve as a primary customer interface for governance reviews, operational discussions, and performance tracking.
• Manage customer demand planning and forecast alignment with internal functional teams.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Support integrated business planning to align demand, capacity, inventory, and financial objectives.
• Lead cross\-functional coordination across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Logistics.
• Ensure effective execution of customer programs against agreed timelines, quality, and cost targets.
• Support program launches, transition activities, and milestone tracking.
• Manage program financial performance, including revenue, margins, cost controls, and variance analysis.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and program risks.
• Support contract management, customer change requests, and scope modifications.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and account growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present program reviews to management and customers.

Qualification \& Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• **8\-12 years of experience** in Aerospace Program Management, Account Management, Operations, or Manufacturing.
• Exposure to Aerospace Aerostructures, Engine Components, or Landing Systems programs preferred.
• Experience in customer management, demand planning, program execution, and business performance management.
• Strong analytical capability with proficiency in data analysis and planning tools.
• Experience working with cross\-functional and matrix organizations.
• Understanding of aerospace regulatory, quality, and contractual requirements.
