Oversee the complete Return Material Authorization (RMA) process from receipt to closure.
Analyze returned materials to identify root causes such as manufacturing defects, installation issues, transit damage, product misuse, or technical failures.
Maintain accurate records of returned products, repair status, replacements, and warranty claims.
Prepare detailed reports on return trends, failure rates, recurring product issues, and service performance metrics.
Develop and implement after\-sales service policies, warranty policies, return and replacement guidelines, and escalation procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies regarding repairs, replacements, warranties, and customer service standards.
Establish SOPs for service operations, material returns, inventory management, and customer complaint handling.
Monitor service KPIs such as turnaround time (TAT), return rates, warranty claim resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for process improvement to reduce product returns and enhance service efficiency.
Collaborate with vendors, distributors, and internal departments to ensure smooth service and material flow.
