Job Description

As an Agency Development Manager at Axis Max Life Insurance, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of the agency sales force. You will identify potential agencies and agents, recruit, train, and manage them to achieve their sales targets. Your role will involve building strong relationships with agents and providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed. You will also analyze performance metrics, create development plans, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop new agents and agencies.
• Guide agents in achieving sales targets and performance goals.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills of agents.
• Foster strong relationships with agents to ensure they are motivated and engaged.
• Monitor and evaluate agents' performance and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare and present regular reports on agency performance to senior management.
