Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented AGM – Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, compliance, reporting, and taxation functions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Indian accounting standards, GST, taxation, audit handling, MIS reporting, and stakeholder management.
Candidates with prior experience in the Real Estate or Mall Industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Finalization of books of accounts in compliance with Ind AS standards
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations and handle GST\-related matters
- Manage tax audits and direct taxation processes
- Prepare and present MIS reports for management decision\-making
- Monitor revenue assurance and implement cost control measures
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure statutory compliance and timely financial reporting
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Maintain strong internal controls and financial processes
Mandatory Requirements
- CA Qualified (Mandatory)
- Strong experience in Indian Accounting and Finance
- 5–15 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Real Estate or Mall Industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of GST, Direct Taxation, Audit, and Ind AS
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
