About Peak Group
Peak Group is an Australian plumbing and construction services business. We have developed an internal software platform called **PlumbCast**, which helps manage project forecasting, claims, work\-in\-progress visibility, cashflow forecasting, and commercial project performance.
We are looking for an **AI\-Assisted Full Stack Developer** to help build the next stage of PlumbCast. You will work directly with the business owner and commercial management team to develop features that support forecasting, reporting, project management, and financial visibility across the business.
This role is ideal for a developer with 3–5 years of experience who enjoys building practical business software and using modern AI tools to accelerate development.
What You'll Be Working On
You will contribute to features such as
- Commercial project forecasting tools
- Claims tracking and management workflows
- Retention forecasting and monitoring
- Rolling 13\-week operating cashflow forecasts
- Dashboard KPI cards and management reporting
- Weekly and monthly forecasting charts
- Division\-specific reporting views
- Data tables, filters, forms, and workflow improvements
- Business performance visualisations
- Backend forecasting logic and calculations
- Feature testing and quality assurance

- 3–5 years of web application development experience

- Ability to independently troubleshoot and solve problems
