• *About the Role**

AI5 Academy is looking for an experienced **Project \& Program Management Trainer with strong practical knowledge of Generative AI**.

The trainer will conduct practical sessions for Project Managers, Program Managers, PMO professionals, Delivery Managers, Team Leads and working professionals who want to use AI in day\-to\-day project planning, monitoring, reporting, communication and decision\-making.

This is not a programming\-focused role. We are looking for someone who understands project and program management deeply and can demonstrate how tools such as **ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Excel and PowerPoint** can be used in real project environments.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Conduct live training for Project Managers, Program Managers and PMO professionals.
• Demonstrate practical AI use across the complete project lifecycle.
• Teach participants how AI can assist with:
• Project planning
• Scope definition
• Work breakdown
• Scheduling
• Resource planning
• Risk identification
• RAID logs
• Issue tracking
• Project reporting
• Status updates
• Meeting summaries
• Action\-item tracking
• Stakeholder communication
• Steering committee updates

• Show participants how to use AI without losing human control over project decisions.
• Create practical assignments, case studies and project\-management simulations.
• Review participant work and provide practical feedback.
• Customise examples for different industries and project environments.
• Keep training material current with changes in Generative AI and project\-management tools.

Certifications are preferred but not mandatory if the candidate has strong practical project\-management experience.

This role may not be suitable for candidates whose experience is limited to:

• Project\-management theory only
• Academic teaching without real project experience
• Generic AI prompting without project\-management knowledge
• Python or Machine Learning training without business project exposure
• Software tool training without understanding project governance

We need someone who can connect **AI with real project\-management work**.

Training Style

The sessions should be practical and application\-driven.
