We are looking for an enthusiastic AI \& Business Automation Executive who can help us leverage Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Automation to improve our sales, recruitment, marketing, consulting, and operational performance.
- Identify opportunities to implement AI across business functions.
- Develop AI\-based workflows to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Implement automation using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, n8n, Make, Zapier, and Power Automate.
- Build AI assistants and knowledge bases for internal teams.
- *Data Analysis \& Business Intelligence**
- Analyze data from sales, HR, marketing, and consulting operations.
- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, Google Data Studio, or similar tools.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations for management.
- Monitor KPIs and business performance metrics.
- *Recruitment \& HR Support**
- Implement AI\-driven candidate screening and resume analysis.
- Improve recruitment tracking and reporting processes.
- Support HR automation initiatives.
- *Sales \& Marketing Support**
- Analyze lead generation performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in CRM optimization and sales reporting.
- Explore AI applications for lead qualification and customer engagement.
- *Internal Software Enhancement**
- Work closely with management and software teams to identify opportunities for AI integration within existing software platforms.
- Assist in testing and improving AI\-driven features.
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and Business Automation.
- Experience with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI tools.
- Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.
- Good understanding of business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Power BI or Tableau.
- SQL basics.
- Python basics.
- Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Experience in data visualization and reporting.
- B.E./B.Tech (Computer, IT, AI, Data Science) OR
- MCA / MSc IT / MSc Data Science OR
- Any graduate with strong AI, automation, and analytical skills.
Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
