Network SME (Subject Matter Expert)

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise\-grade LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD\-WAN, and Data Center networks.
• Act as the highest level of escalation for complex network issues and critical incidents.
• Develop network architecture, solution designs, and implementation plans.
• Lead network modernization, migration, and transformation projects.
• Manage routing and switching environments using Cisco, Juniper, Arista, or equivalent technologies.
• Configure and troubleshoot protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, STP, HSRP, VRRP, and QoS.
• Ensure network security through firewalls, NAC, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and segmentation strategies.
• Collaborate with cloud, security, server, and application teams to ensure seamless connectivity.
• Conduct network performance analysis, capacity planning, and optimization.
• Create technical documentation, SOPs, architecture diagrams, and knowledge articles.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership to network operations teams.
• Participate in customer discussions, technical reviews, and solution presentations.

• *Required Skills**

• *Technical Expertise**

• Advanced knowledge of Cisco Routing \& Switching technologies.
• Strong experience with BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SD\-WAN, VPN, QoS, and Network Security.
• Hands\-on experience with enterprise firewalls such as Cisco Firepower, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Check Point.
• Expertise in Wireless Network Solutions and Data Center Networking.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
• Strong understanding of network automation using Python, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Cloud Networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred.

• *Certifications (Preferred)**

• CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure
• CCNP Enterprise
• JNCIP
• SD\-WAN or Network Security certifications will be an added advantage.

• *Desired Candidate Profile**

• 10\+ years of hands\-on experience in enterprise networking.
• Proven experience handling large\-scale network environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working with system integrators, managed services, or enterprise IT environments.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and provide strategic network recommendations.

Pay: ₹500,000\.00 \- ₹2,000,000\.00 per year
