Hiring: AI Executive / AI Automation Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a hands\-on AI professional who can use modern AI tools to improve business productivity, automate repetitive processes and support digital transformation across our manufacturing organization.

Required Skills

• Practical experience with ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools.
• AI workflow automation using n8n, Make, Zapier or similar tools.
• Strong Excel, data analysis and reporting skills.
• Ability to create AI\-powered business reports, presentations and documents.
• Experience with AI agents, prompt engineering and business process automation.
• Ability to identify and implement AI use cases independently.

Responsibilities

• Automate repetitive business and office processes.
• Develop AI\-based reporting and data analysis solutions.
• Support HR, Accounts, Sales and Manufacturing departments.
• Build AI assistants using company documents and data.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI.
• Demonstrate measurable productivity improvements.

Work Arrangement

Work from home with one mandatory office visit per week to Meerut.

Pay: ₹750\.00 \- ₹1,500\.00 per day

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh
