Job Title: AI/ML Engineer

Experience: 5 – 7 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for production environments.
• Build and optimize Generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and prompt engineering techniques.
• Develop NLP solutions including text classification, information extraction, summarization, and conversational AI systems.
• Create scalable data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD, model monitoring, versioning, and automated retraining.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver AI\-driven solutions.
• Optimize model performance through feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and experimentation.
• Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Monitor production models and address issues related to drift, latency, and scalability.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills

• 5 – 7 years of experience in Machine Learning and AI development.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands\-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit\-learn.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, LangChain, Hugging Face, and RAG systems.
• Knowledge of NLP, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision concepts.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience implementing MLOps tools such as MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and Git\-based workflows.
• Excellent problem\-solving and communication skills.

Pay: ₹100,000\.00 \- ₹150,000\.00 per month
