Job Title: Lead AI Platform Engineer – Job Support

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead AI Platform Engineer with 8\+ years of hands\-on experience in AI/ML engineering, Agentic AI, reinforcement learning infrastructure, and AI evaluation systems.

The candidate will provide part\-time technical job support for the development and optimization of scalable AI platforms. The role involves designing multi\-agent workflows, building evaluation pipelines, developing backend infrastructure, and improving the reliability and performance of AI\-driven systems.

The ideal candidate should possess strong architectural knowledge, hands\-on technical expertise, and the ability to provide effective project support within 2–3 hours per day.

Key Responsibilities

• *1\. Agentic AI \& Multi\-Agent Workflows**

• Design and develop multi\-agent AI workflows for automated task generation, validation, evaluation, and refinement.
• Implement agent orchestration, tool calling, and human\-in\-the\-loop workflows.
• Work with LLM\-based systems and autonomous AI agents.

• *2\. Reinforcement Learning \& AI Evaluation**

• Develop evaluation pipelines, structured verifiers, and benchmarking frameworks.
• Support reinforcement learning datasets and model evaluation systems.
• Build high\-quality training datasets and improve model performance through iterative evaluation.

• *3\. AI Platform \& Backend Engineering**

• Design scalable backend services, APIs, distributed workflows, and cloud\-based AI infrastructure.
• Develop robust, production\-ready AI platform components.
• Support system architecture, technical design, and engineering implementation.

• *4\. Workflow Optimization**

• Improve first\-pass task acceptance rates and benchmark performance.
• Optimize Average Handling Time (AHT) and overall workflow efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement performance improvements.

• *5\. Data Engineering \& Pipeline Development**

• Support large\-scale multilingual data ingestion, processing, and validation.
• Implement data quality checks and ensure PII/PHI compliance.
• Build scalable data pipelines for AI training and evaluation.

• *6\. Production Reliability \& Optimization**

• Improve performance, scalability, observability, and fault tolerance.
• Support troubleshooting, root\-cause analysis, and production issue resolution.
• Optimize infrastructure utilization and operational costs.

• Strong problem\-solving and system\-design capabilities.
• Ability to independently handle technical tasks and provide project support.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Support Expectations

• Provide technical support for 2–3 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
• Assist with ongoing development, debugging, and technical implementation.
• Participate in project discussions and provide architectural guidance.
• Review code, troubleshoot issues, and suggest optimization strategies.
• Maintain regular communication and provide timely project updates.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in Agentic AI, AI evaluation platforms, reinforcement learning infrastructure, LLM\-based applications, and scalable cloud\-native backend systems will be preferred.
