Solution Bowl is a fast\-growing technology and AI solutions company helping businesses across multiple industries with software development, AI\-powered automation, web and mobile applications, ERP systems, cloud solutions, and digital transformation initiatives. We work with clients across India, the Middle East, North America, and other global markets.
We are looking for a smart, ambitious, and highly organized fresher/Trainee to work directly with the top management. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want hands\-on exposure to leadership, business operations, AI\-driven workflows, client communication, people management, and international business development.
The selected candidate will become a key support member for the leadership team and will assist in day\-to\-day business activities, special projects, operational coordination, AI initiatives, and client\-facing communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the CEO/COO or Vice President on strategic and operational initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely follow\-ups on assigned tasks.
- Draft professional emails, business documents, reports, meeting notes, and presentations.
- Track project updates and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with client communication, payment follow\-ups, and relationship management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and people management activities.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business intelligence gathering.
- Assist in international sales and business development initiatives.
- Participate in client meetings, prepare MOMs, and track action items.
- Help leadership improve operational efficiency through documentation and process management.
- Take ownership of tasks and ensure timely execution without constant supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong email writing and professional communication abilities.
- Excellent follow\-up and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.

- *AI \& Technology Skills (Preferred)**
- Hands\-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, or similar AI platforms.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and AI\-assisted workflows.
- Familiarity with AI\-powered research, content generation, and productivity tools.
- Knowledge of automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, or similar tools is a plus.
- Understanding of data collection, web research, and lead generation processes.
- Interest in AI, automation, emerging technologies, and digital transformation.
- *International Business Exposure**
- Comfortable interacting with international clients and prospects.
- Willingness to support international sales and business development activities.
- Ability to conduct prospect research and lead qualification.
- Comfortable participating in virtual meetings with global clients.
- Interest in learning global business practices and consultative selling.
Eligibility
- BCA/MCA/ BBA will be preferred
