We are hiring an AI Solutions Partner to work at the intersection of business and AI delivery.
In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand business challenges, shape practical AI\-driven solutions, and drive those solutions through execution alongside internal teams.
\* **Work directly with clients, especially US\-based stakeholders, to understand business challenges and translate them into practical AI\-driven solutions**
\* Lead solutioning discussions by defining scope, approach, and expected outcomes
\* Own projects from discovery and planning through delivery and client communication
\* Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment
\* Conduct R\&D on emerging AI tools, trends, automation workflows, and market opportunities
\* Identify areas where AI and process improvements can create measurable business impact
\* Contribute strategic ideas and innovative approaches aligned with client and business goals
\* Maintain strong communication and stakeholder management throughout project lifecycles
\* Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operational and strategic business challenges
\* Good understanding of AI tools, LLMs, automation workflows, and emerging AI applications
\* Strong solutioning and problem\-solving capabilities
\* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
\* Experience working with international clients, preferably US\-based clients
\* Self\-driven and capable of independently managing projects and responsibilities
