Job Description
- *Job Title: Sales Manager – Air Compressor DivisionJob Summary**
We are seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented Sales Manager to lead the Air Compressor Division. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for air compressors, dryers, filters, compressed air piping systems, and related aftermarket products.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop new customers and expand business with existing industrial clients.
- Generate enquiries through direct visits, cold calling, and customer referrals.
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations in coordination with the application and proposal team.
- Conduct product presentations and identify customer requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales.
- Promote air compressors, air dryers, line filters, receivers, compressed air piping systems, and spare parts.
- Coordinate with the service team for installations, commissioning, and after\-sales support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, dealers, consultants, contractors, and end users.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and weekly/monthly MIS reports.
- Participate in exhibitions, customer seminars, and promotional activities.
- Ensure timely payment collection and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Travel extensively to meet customers and identify new business opportunities.
- *Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
- *Experience**
- **5–10 years** of experience in industrial product sales.
- Minimum **3 years of experience in Air Compressors, Compressed Air Systems, Industrial Equipment, or Capital Equipment Sales**.
- Experience with brands such as Kaeser, Atlas Copco, ELGi, Ingersoll Rand, Chicago Pneumatic, or similar is preferred.

- **CTC:** ₹6–8 LPA (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

- Experience in selling industrial air compressors and compressed air solutions.

- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Pay: ₹14,213\.03 \- ₹57,122\.11 per month
