- Conceptualize \& execute sales development activities, sales policies, processes, reporting/data analytics to delivery of short term and long term business goals.
- Work with the regional teams \& lead the agenda on business process re\-engineering; ensure preparedness required for the platforms and track the execution of the same
- Lead the agenda on sales automation for freezer stores in partnership with sales IS manager; drive adherence to sales IT deployment plan and carry out necessary course corrections basis on ground realities; Analyze BHEEM data to develop insights and use the same to drive business.
- Anchor the asset management agenda for McCain through continuous refinement of processes, review, track and reporting. Consistently review space utilization in McCain freezers and optimize space to maximize ROI.
- Partner with the finance team to ensure freezer audits are planned, executed and results reported. Remediation of audit deficiencies as per agreed timelines and results published.
- Develop an effective \& efficient **Go to Market strategy** (GTM) to for Retail freezers to build a long term sustainable business. Review the working, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of freezers, methods, costs, and results in partnership with regional teams.
- Deliver structured training to Sales team for effective Asset usage and care for reducing the complaints related to freezer operations.
- Ensure compliance with SOP’s \& safety standards as per Company norms and ensure compliance to E\-waste management as directed by Government of India in E\-waste Rules.
- *What you’ll need to be successful.**
- Proven track record in sales management at BDE/TM/ASM level.
- Experience in Trade marketing/Activations in GT/TT environment.
- Hands on experience in sales automation environment.
- Must have completed at least 2 years in current role and in the organization
- 4\+ Years of Work Ex in FMCG
