Nature Nest Organics is a growing organic agriculture and gardening brand specializing in premium Vermicompost, Organic Fertilizers, Plant Growth Promoters, Potting Mixes, and Sustainable Farming Solutions. We are looking for an experienced Amazon Marketplace Growth Manager who can scale our sales across Amazon India and international Amazon marketplaces including the USA, UK, UAE, Europe, and other global markets.
Role Overview
We are seeking a results\-driven Amazon Marketplace Growth Manager who will take complete ownership of our Amazon business, from account management and listing optimization to PPC advertising, international expansion, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in growing Amazon brands and generating measurable sales growth through strategic marketplace management.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Growth \& Sales
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase sales on Amazon India and global marketplaces.
- Identify new opportunities for product expansion and international market penetration.
- Drive revenue growth through organic and paid channels.
- Monitor marketplace trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Amazon Account Management
- Manage Amazon Seller Central accounts end\-to\-end.
- Maintain account health and compliance.
- Resolve listing issues, suppressed listings, and policy\-related challenges.
- Coordinate inventory planning and stock forecasting.
Listing Optimization \& SEO
- Create and optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research using tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and SellerApp.
- Develop compelling product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and A\+ Content.
- Improve product rankings through Amazon SEO best practices.
Advertising \& Promotions
- Manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
- Optimize ACOS, TACOS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Plan and execute promotions, coupons, deals, and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor advertising budgets and ROI.
International Expansion
- Launch and manage products on Amazon Global Selling marketplaces.
- Handle international listing requirements and compliance.
- Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment partners for global operations.
- Identify high\-potential export opportunities for organic gardening and agricultural products.
Analytics \& Reporting

- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
Required Qualifications
- 1\+ years of hands\-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Proven track record of scaling Amazon sales.
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO and ranking algorithms.
- Experience running Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Experience with Amazon Global Selling and international marketplaces preferred.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with agriculture, gardening, fertilizers, organic products, or FMCG brands.
- Knowledge of export marketplaces and cross\-border e\-commerce.
- Experience managing Amazon Brand Registry and A\+ Content.
- Understanding of FBA and FBM operations. Many Amazon growth\-focused roles prioritize seller onboarding, revenue growth, listing optimization, PPC management, and international marketplace expansion.

- Increase Amazon sales by 50%\+
- Launch products in at least 2 new international marketplaces
