We help businesses grow on leading digital marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other e\-commerce platforms.
We are expanding our digital advertising team and seeking a **results\-driven E\-commerce Advertising Manager** to lead advertising strategy and execution for client accounts. As an E\-commerce Advertising Manager, you will be responsible for the end\-to\-end management of advertising campaigns across platforms like Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, and Meta/Google (where relevant). You’ll work closely with Account Managers and clients to plan strategy, optimize budgets, analyze performance, and drive ROAS.
This is a performance\-centric role for someone who thrives on KPIs, is fluent in data, and has a test\-and\-learn mindset for growing brands on marketplaces.
- *Advertising Strategy \& Planning**
- Develop customized advertising strategies based on client goals, budgets, and category dynamics.
- Recommend the right campaign mix (sponsored products, brands, display, DSP) for each platform.
- Plan budgets, targeting structure, and bidding approach across the customer journey.
- *Campaign Execution \& Optimization**
- Set up and launch campaigns on platforms such as Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD, DSP), Walmart Connect, and Shopify Ads.
- Regularly monitor campaign performance and make data\-led adjustments to improve ACOS/ROAS, TACOS, CTR, and CVR.
- Identify keyword opportunities, negative keywords, bid modifiers, and targeting refinements.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
- Use tools like Amazon Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, Helium 10, or Data Studio for performance tracking.
- Analyze metrics at ASIN, campaign, and keyword levels to identify winners and underperformers.
- *Client Communication \& Collaboration**
- Participate in client meetings and walk through ad performance with clear narrative and visuals.
- Coordinate with the Account Manager and Content team to align ad strategy with listing optimization and seasonal calendars.
- Share strategic suggestions for promotional events, peak periods, or product launches.
- *Who You Are (Qualifications \& Skills)**
- **Experience:** 2–4 years in e\-commerce performance marketing or paid ads, especially on Amazon Ads. DSP or Walmart Connect experience is a strong plus.
- **Marketplace Knowledge:** Deep understanding of Amazon ad formats and targeting capabilities. Bonus if familiar with Walmart, Shopify, Meta, or Google Ads.
- **Analytical:** Expert in reading ad dashboards, campaign reports, and Excel pivot tables. Familiarity with KPIs like ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CVR, etc.
- **Tools:** Hands\-on experience with advertising and analytics tools (Amazon Ads Console, Helium 10, Perpetua, Pacvue, Data Studio, etc.).
- **Detail\-Oriented:** Strong attention to campaign structure, naming, and budget management.
- **Strategic Thinker:** Able to zoom out to the client’s big picture and zoom in to fix daily ad issues.
- **Clear Communicator:** Comfortable presenting results and action plans to clients and internal teams.
