Wehoware Technologies is looking for a highly motivated and performance\-driven **Performance Marketing Specialist** with hands\-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns for **local and international clients**, especially in the **US and Canada markets**.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in **Google Ads, Facebook \& Instagram (Meta) Ads, local campaign optimization, lead generation, audience targeting, and AI\-powered marketing workflows**. Key ResponsibilitiesGoogle Ads Management

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Handle Search, Display, Performance Max, Local Campaigns, YouTube, and Remarketing campaigns
• Manage campaigns for local businesses and international clients
• Monitor campaign KPIs such as CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience research
• Improve lead quality and campaign performance through continuous optimization
• Set up conversion tracking and campaign reporting

Meta Ads Management

• Create and manage Facebook \& Instagram advertising campaigns
• Build audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies
• Optimize campaigns for conversions, local leads, and engagement
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and ad copies
• Monitor and improve ad performance metrics

Local \& International Client Handling

• Manage digital marketing campaigns for local businesses as well as clients based in the US \& Canada
• Understand local targeting strategies and international audience behavior
• Develop campaign strategies based on business goals and market trends
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams based on project requirements and time zones
• Deliver regular performance reports and campaign updates

AI\-Based Marketing Workflow

• Use AI tools for ad copy generation and campaign optimization
• Automate reporting and repetitive marketing tasks using AI workflows
• Generate campaign insights using AI\-powered analytics tools
• Improve productivity and campaign performance using automation tools

Requirements

1–2 years of hands\-on experience in Google Ads \& Meta Ads

Experience managing local and international campaigns

Experience working with US \& Canada clients is preferred

Strong understanding of PPC and paid advertising strategies

Experience using Google Ads Manager \& Meta Business Suite

Knowledge of AI marketing tools and workflow automation

Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager

Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills

Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
