We are seeking a highly motivated and detail\-oriented Amazon USA Wholesale \& Distributor Development Executive to support the growth of our wholesale business. This role is ideal for individuals with strong research, sourcing, and business development skills who can identify profitable wholesale opportunities, establish supplier relationships, and contribute to scaling Amazon USA wholesale operations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in product sourcing, distributor outreach, supplier relationship development, profitability analysis, and wholesale account acquisition.
- *Product \& Brand Research**
- Research 20–30 products or brands daily within the Amazon USA marketplace.
- Analyze product demand, competition, pricing trends, and customer reviews.
- Evaluate Best Seller Rank (BSR), estimated monthly sales, seller count, and Buy Box competition.
- Identify stable\-selling products with long\-term growth potential.
- Monitor Amazon listings and market trends.
- *Distributor \& Supplier Development**
- Identify authorized distributors, wholesalers, manufacturers, and brand owners.
- Research supplier opportunities through trade directories, LinkedIn, Google, ImportYeti, ThomasNet, Faire, WholesaleCentral, and manufacturer websites.
- Build and maintain a supplier and distributor database.
- Develop long\-term relationships with brands and wholesale partners.
- Send professional wholesale inquiries and reseller applications.
- Request wholesale catalogs, pricing structures, MOQ details, and authorization requirements.
- Follow up with suppliers and distributors regularly.
- Maintain communication records and outreach tracking sheets.
- *Profitability \& Market Analysis**
- Calculate product profitability, ROI, and net margins.
- Analyze Amazon FBA fees, shipping costs, prep costs, and labeling expenses.
- Verify competition levels and Amazon marketplace restrictions.
- Present profitable opportunities for management review.
- *Reporting \& Documentation**
- Maintain accurate product and supplier tracking sheets.
- Submit daily activity reports.
- Prepare weekly opportunity reports and supplier updates.
- Document all supplier communications and calculations.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with Amazon Wholesale, Amazon FBA, or E\-commerce sourcing.
- Strong product research and market analysis skills.
- Excellent written communication and business outreach abilities.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
